What is Devata Vastu?

Any home or office space where we live or work carries energy that impacts us. In general, we observe that each direction is governed by specific ruling planets and elements. Similarly, every direction also has ruling deities. Just as planets influence us and the spaces they govern, these ruling deities of particular directions can also have a positive or negative impact on us.

There are a total of 45 deities that reside within a Vastu (space or structure). If we understand these deities well, we can use their energies to harmonize and correct our spaces with the help of mantras and certain symbols. By activating the energy of these deities, we can rectify any Vastu flaws in our homes or offices.

For instance, if a specific direction has been incorrectly utilized—such as due to cuts, extensions, or constructions that do not align with Vastu principles—those flaws can be remedied by channeling the energy of the ruling deity of that direction. This involves using their symbols, mantras, and other techniques.

Compared to conventional remedies, using the symbols and iconography of deities in alignment with their mantras yields safer and more effective results for resolving Vastu issues.
